How to prepare your presentation

• Format: your presentation should be prepared in PPTX (Powerpoint) format.
• Layout: please keep the top right corner of your slides, free from title, text, or images (to avoid being hidden by your camera and other images)
• No specific template is used. You can use your own design and logos
• The presentations will be streamed only from a computer available in the conference room. If you wish to use your own computer, you must inform the organisers at least 48h before your presentation

Your presentation should be provided to the IT technician in the meeting room preferably in the morning before the conference starts and no later then during the break before your talk.
